Deb is a pioneering entrepreneur, creative catalyst, and environmental activist with over two decades of experience at the intersection of design innovation, packaging, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
She founded a certified women-owned design innovation firm, domo domo International Marketing Group, known for delivering bold, award-winning work for Fortune 500 clients across the consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceutical, and B2B sectors.
Under her leadership, domo domo has become renowned for its innovative approach to branding and packaging design, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility. Notable projects include category-defining global launches such as Nicorette, Intuition Razors, and the billion-dollar dry eye care brand, Systane.
Beyond her business ventures, Deb is deeply committed to ocean conservation. She serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Oceanic Preservation Society (OPS), the organization behind acclaimed documentaries like The Cove and Racing Extinction, which have inspired global environmental movements. Deb also founded legaSeas.org, which provides branding and marketing expertise to groups dedicated to protecting marine mammals and ecosystems. As an accredited Observer Organization with the International Whaling Commission (IWC), Deb and her team advocate for eco-tourism as a sustainable and non-lethal alternative to commercial whaling and dolphin drive hunting

Andy Patrick, Co-founder & COO
Andy brings over 30 years of experience building and scaling organizations at the intersection of technology, design, storytelling, community, and purpose.
A serial entrepreneur and five-time co-founder with three successful exits, Andy has a proven track record of creating innovative businesses that drive meaningful impact. As the co-founder of Adjacency, he helped pioneer some of the first brand websites and e-commerce platforms for iconic companies such as Apple, Patagonia, and Virgin, setting new standards for online consumer engagement.
Andy’s entrepreneurial spirit extends to the nonprofit sector, where he founded impactful organizations like FiftyCrows, which used photography to advance social change, and the MadHousers of Chicago, providing shelter for those experiencing homelessness. He has also served on the boards of influential organizations, including Richard Gere's Foundation for the Preservation of Tibetan Culture, the Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender, and Reproduction, National Geographic's All Roads Film Project, and Mother Jones magazine.
With global consulting experience spanning Romania, India, Ireland, France, South Korea, and the United States, Andy is known for his ability to bridge the gap between technical and creative teams. He has led high-impact initiatives in marketing, sales, product development, and storytelling, empowering organizations to scale while fostering social and environmental change.
